How to become a Hyloft Dealer

Q. 1 – What are the requirements to become a Hyloft Dealer? Top

A –  Hyloft has very few requirements or red tape. We prefer that you must be an existing business (closet, garage, or storage company) wanting to add our products to your line, we do work with start up’s who have developed an effective business plan with intentions to start a garage organizing business. All Hyloft dealers should be sure to have the appropriate capital necessary to launch a comprehensive marketing campaign

Q. 2 – How do I become a Hyloft Dealer? Top

A – Submit the Online registration form Click Here Once we have received your completed forms the approval process usually takes less than 5 business days. During this time and after, you should begin implementation of your marketing and advertising plan. A key to success will be to efficiently promote your business through print ads, mailings, home shows and other collated materials.

Q. 3 – Is there a franchise fee to become a Hyloft Dealer? Top

A – There are no franchise fees or buy-in costs. Hard work and a dedication to excellence is all that Hyloft asks for in return to be a Hyloft dealer.

Q. 4 – How do Hyloft Dealers place orders? Top

A – Orders are processed on the Hyloft Direct website,

Q. 5 – Is there a minimum opening order? Top

A – Hyloft does not require any minimum opening order.  Dealers can buy as much or as little as they want, when they want.

Q. 6 – Is there any minimum purchase? Top

A – There is no minimum purchase on most items. But there are pallet/case quantity breaks on all items, The Super Pro 4 X 8 is the only item that must be purchased in a minimum quantity of 10 units and in increments of 10.

Q. 7 – Is there any minimum inventory that Hyloft Dealers must carry? Top

A – No. Hyloft Dealers can order one job at a time or as needed.

Q. 8 – Does Hyloft sell directly to retail customers? Top

A –  We are committed to sales and support through retail as well as with our authorized dealers. Hyloft does provide a number of items to its dealers that are Not  available to retailers.

Q. 9 – What are Hyloft’s  payment terms? Top

A – All orders can be processed using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express through the Hyloft Direct site.

Q. 10 – What are my expected shipping lead times? Top

A – Most items ship within 72 hours of order placement. If you choose to ship with UPS then you can  request a price and delivery date quote.

Q. 11 – How does Hyloft ship orders? Top

A – Hyloft has negotiated very low freight rates with most carriers, we always try to ship orders in the most cost efficient manner possible. Orders can ship via UPS; larger orders go common carrier pre paid + add or collect. We cannot guarantee exact delivery time on orders due to many circumstances beyond our control.

Q. 12 – Can Hyloft Ship directly to my customers? Top

A – Yes, Hyloft can blind ship directly to any customer of an approved Hyloft Dealer. Drop ship charge may apply

A – Lift gate, household, hold @ terminal, etc.

Q. 14 – Does Hyloft have websites or any web opportunities available for dealers? Top

A – Hyloft encourages our Dealers to use the images and information about our products for your website and we will support you with marketing materials to get your site up and running. We refer all our customer inquiries for installation to our dealers. Customers can also locate Hyloft Dealers through our on-line “dealer locator.”

Q. 15 – How can Hyloft  Dealers order on-line? Top

A – All approved Hyloft Dealers have password protected access to the Hyloft Direct website which enable them to login, place orders on line and receive confirmations for their records.

Q. 16 – Does Hyloft make available Sales Support or Marketing Materials? Top

A – Yes. All sales Support Materials are available from the Hyloft Website. Hyloft’s marketing resources for dealers is extensive and growing.  We offer many benefits free-of-charge, examples include images, ready made ads, tech support, and install instructions, and pre-made brochure art.
